Mr. Magcaba was born in 1984, in KZN – ST Wendolins. It is an area where he acquired his basic education.
In the year 2005 he enrolled with the University of Zulu Land, where he magnificently achieved his
LLB degree (First Class). In the year 2010 he was registered with Legal Aid SA to serve his clergy articles.
He officially became an admitted attorney of the South African High Court in 2014, at the completion of his
articles. Over the period, he went on become an admitted Conveyancer in 2018) and Notary Public in 2019.
